Shipping/Delivery Information:

We currently ship within the U.S. at a flat rate of $12.00 per order. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. All orders for in-stock items are shipped from here within 5-7 business days and time in transit will be 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of shipment. We will notify you by email if there are unexpected delays.

Return Policy:

All Rachel Abroms Studio merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to the address listed below, and not to any retail stores that carry our merchandise. No returns on sale merchandise. In addition, we are unable to accept any returns for items bought in any retail store or on another website. We are happy to honor any exchanges/returns as long Your exchange/return request is made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

*The item being exchanged/returned is in new condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

*The new item you wish to exchange is equal to, or of greater value than the item being returned.

*Please note: In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to your return. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.

Return Process:

Rachel Abroms wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason you are not, simply email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. In order to issue your Return Authorization Number, we will need the following information:

1. Your email and phone number

2. The item name of the merchandise being returned/exchanged.

3. The original order number.

Your Return Authorization Number will be issued via email. Please write this number on your receipt and the outside of the box and ship your return to:
